Job descriptionConduct farmer's calls and meetings. Assessment of demo trials and report them to supervisor. Visit dealers to monitor move out of products and gather information on potential Key Growers. Visit Department of Agriculture municipal office to set-up demo trials and conduct seminars with the farmers in cooperation with the DA officials. Set-up sales caravan when needed Identify growers of the month. Submit monthly report. Other tasks and activities that may be assigned from time to time KEY PERFORMANCE METRICS Demand Creation and Campaign plans implementation Multi Location Trials Installation and Evaluation Product of Technology (POT) documentation Benefits Company Christmas gift Company events Life insurance Opportunities for promotion Promotion to permanent employee Staff meals provided 8 hour shift 13th month salary Davao City : Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Responsible for area mapping / market potential on a periodic basis.
- Identify Key Growers (KG) / farmers in area of responsibility.
- Conduct and monitor pre commercial trials of Ramgo new varieties
- Conduct quality commercial trial demo and monitor with Key Growers (KG).
As required, supervise, monitor pre commercial trials for seeds released by R&D to Key Growers (KG).
Pay : Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
