QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree
- With at least 5 years of process and systems improvement from manufacturing, fleet management, logistics, and transport industries.
- Amenable to working onsite on a compressed work schedule. With minimal field visits to workshops when necessary.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop, implement, monitor and improve maintenance processes and procedures to ensure efficient, safe, and cost-effective bus fleet operations
- Create workflows and design standard operating procedures for maintenance activities.
- Ensure adherence with regulatory requirements and optimize maintenance performance across the workshops.
- Monitor compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain proper documentation for inspections, repairs, and certifications.
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards for management.
- Conduct inspection of workshops to ensure that each follows the provided guidelines and SOP.
