Position : Mandarin VIP Service Host

Industry : Hotel & Casino

Schedule : Flexible Schedule

Salary : Negotiable

Location : Pasay City

Setup : Work Onsite

Responsibilities :

Provide VIP-level butler services to VIP customers.

Responsible for handling VIP customer needs, allowing customers to enjoy their gaming time in VIP Junket Casino (including demands and complaints).

Handle customer and other department inquiries.

Regularly communicate with customers and maintain good relationships.

Look for opportunities to improve customer loyalty through service.

Assist and handle customer ordering requests.

Assist or host company events, responsible for inviting customers to attend.

Organize and collect information about customer preferences and related data for departmental analysis.

Handle various tasks assigned by superiors.

Requirements :

Demonstrate professional capabilities and establish good relationships with various departments and partners.

Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in Chinese and English.

Possess excellent customer service skills, organizational skills, and communication skills.

Confident, independent, and self-motivated.

Adhere to departmental and company guidelines and policies.

Presentable appearance, excellent service, organizational, and communication skills.
