Job Type : Full Time

Work Set-up : Office-based (Philexcel Clark, Pampanga)

Work Schedule : Monday - Friday; 06 : 00 AM – 03 : 00 PM PH Time Zone

Salary : Php 40,000.00 – Php 50,000.00 gross salary package

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR AN ESTIMATOR

Your Responsibilities as an Estimator :

Collaborate with project managers, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather necessary information for project estimates.
Analyze project blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to determine material and labor requirements.
Prepare accurate cost estimates and proposals for commercial construction projects, including itemized breakdowns of costs and timelines.
Evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids and negotiate pricing agreements to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Monitor and track project costs throughout the construction process, identifying potential cost overruns and proposing cost-saving measures.
Stay updated on industry trends, material costs, and labor rates to ensure competitive and accurate estimates.

Qualifications as an Estimator :

Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.

Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry, with a strong understanding of commercial construction processes and best practices.

Proficiency in Buildxact software (estimating and project management tool)

Excellent mathematical and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in estimating project costs.

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
