Key Responsibilities
Live Dispatch (On-Road Support)
- Monitor active Cycle 1 routes in real time starting at 11:00 AM
- Support drivers with access issues, delivery problems, and route questions
- Coordinate rescues, sweeps, and route adjustments (in the coordination room with other dispatch)
- Track late routes and proactively mitigate delays
Driver Communication
- Communicate clearly and professionally with drivers via calls, texts, and chat
- Reinforce Amazon safety policies and DSP SOPs
- De-escalate issues and maintain calm, solutions-focused communication
Metrics & Performance
- Monitor and protect key Amazon DSP metrics, including:
- On-Time Delivery (OTD)
- Returns
- DCR / DNR
- Safety and compliance flags
- Identify trends that may impact performance and alert leadership
- Monitor how drivers are marking packages ( reach out to the drivers that are marking incorrectly such as household member , out of drive time )
Documentation & Reporting
- Document driver issues, incidents, and returns accurately
- Provide end-of-shift dispatch summaries to management
Required Qualifications:
- Prior Amazon DSP/FEDEX/UPS or similar dispatch experience preferred
- Comfortable working midday to evening hours
- Strong multitasking and decision-making skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Reliable internet and dedicated workspace
Preferred Experience:
- Amazon Flex
- Chime
- Support Central
- Rescue and sweep coordination
- Familiarity with Cycle 1 delivery flow
TECH REQUIREMENTS:
- Computer - at least i5 or equivalent with 8gb RAM
- Internet Speed - At least 50 MBPS Download speed
- Dual monitor setup is required to ensure efficiency in managing multiple applications simultaneously.

Pay: ₱50K-65K monthly; we pay 13th month
