The Director, Finance Business Partner will provide financial leadership to the hotel, supporting the achievement of profit, cash flow, and key performance goals. while maintaining a strategic perspective to identify profitable opportunities, anticipate challenges, and create a competitive advantage. He / she will also ensure a well-controlled financial environment with appropriate checks and balances at all times.
The ideal candidate should possess deep financial expertise, strong business acumen, and proven leadership capabilities. He / she should have at least ten years of progressive financial management experience within the lodging or hospitality industry. A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is also required. He / she must demonstrate excellent accounting and analytical skills, including expertise in cash management, capital expenditure planning, budgeting, and project management. Experience in evaluating business trends, developing and implementing new business programs, and driving strategic financial performance in a complex, multidimensional environment is essential. Additionally, the candidate should be adept at managing complex operational and financial agreements, developing proactive strategies in mitigate business risks.
