Objective
Provide support, networking and analysis services as instructed by IT Smart Solutions on behalf of their clients.
Become an integral member of IT Smart Solutions.
Keep all information regarding clients totally confidential.
Actively participate in the training offered to you and make use of all other training materials made available to you.
Adhere to all IT Smart Solutions policies, procedures and work ethics.
- Responsibilities
Be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring all support calls are logged and dispatched as per internal processes
Troubleshooting issues related to workstation operating systems and various software packages via remote control
Troubleshoot print and network-related issues
Work as a team to ensure the best possible outcome for our clients
Provide professional support services to users that meet service levels and customer satisfaction indicators.
Maintain operational documentation and policies (KB) to the required standards
Be available for any task required by IT Smart Solutions in relation to client IT needs
Qualifications And Requirements
Required Skills and Experience
2 years experience in desktop / helpdesk support(preferably for an MSP or the like)
Experience with helpdesk ticket flow and working in a helpdesk environment
Strong knowledge and experience supporting a Windows 10 environment
Experience and in depth knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including user creation and management, SharePoint, Teams, other Apps and troubleshooting issues within
Strong knowledge and experience in Active Directory
ConnectWise experience or other similar PSA
Experience migrating mail and data to Microsoft 365
Network troubleshooting skills, DNS, TCP / IP
Creating and maintaining KB
Personal Attributes
Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal
You must be able to demonstrate a solid understanding of computer networking and desktop support, the latest technologies, IT Trends and future IT Developments.
