As an Automated Labeling Solutions Expert, you will play a vital role in enhancing our labeling processes, ensuring that we meet the stringent requirements of our products while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. What you´ll do

• Use Bartender for creation of print label templates; Copy-fit supplied master text from SAP (languages, regulatory requirements), resize artwork as needed by design standards, create/ improve template codes using SAP/ VBA
• Conduct quality gatekeeping to ensure consistency of art and adherence to design guidelines, printer specifications, historical data; Quality checking, queue management, and workflow coordination
• Release files based on file format specifications provided; Maintain graphics computer/mechanical library containing job history required for legal/customers, ensuring proper filing and organization of data assets on the server
• Coordinate with key users of the templates created from Henkel manufacturing plants
• Act as point of contact for process-related topics; Provide initial support on new or pilot projects

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts, Industrial Design, Digital Print Media or any print/design-related course
• Minimum of five (5) years relevant experience in Packaging Design/Print Management
• Intermediate knowledge in Adobe Creative Cloud for Packaging Design; Nice to have knowledge in Bartender Software
• Intermediate to advanced Skilled in VBScript, HTML, and RTF scripting to create custom scripts for automation
• Knowledge in problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot printing issues
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English
• Amenable to work on a night-shift schedule (9:00 PM to 6:00 AM) and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati
