The opportunity
As a content management specialist supporting the Americas Intranet team, the role will be required to perform production activities in Adobe Experience Manager. This includes uploading content, choosing the correct modules to achieve marketing purpose, accurately tagging content, publishing content, and assuring the optimal quality and visual aesthetics of the content, images, videos and other files. The role will also be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all pages while ensuring optimal performance. Additionally, this role will be responsible for building pages on
Your key responsibilities
• Create webpages (content pages and Daily News articles) on the Americas Intranet and as specified in the word document received from stakeholder/editor, selecting proper components/modules/templates.
• Upload and publishing content on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) for Americas pages on and
• Collaborate with editors, stakeholders and approvers to ensure content is published on time and to quality standards
• Select and optimize onsite assets to ensure an optimal and fast user experience
• Understand the offerings of the AEM CMS to suggest the right templates and modules to the stakeholders for achievement of their communications goals
Skills and attributes for success
• Experience working within a complex web environment with global and local branches
• Understanding of website best practices (image sizing, link placements, responsive design)
• Familiar working in content management and digital asset management systems, ideally Adobe Experience Manager, Knowledge of Photoshop and image manipulation
• An eye for presentation and attention to detail
• Ability to move quickly, juggling many projects at once, with the flexibility to pivot when needed
• Possess a mindset to learn things and undertake add-on responsibilities
• Experience working closely with global teams
• Be professional, confident and enthusiastic; adapt to flexible work timings; demonstrate exceptional work ethic and customer focus
• Exceptional project coordination skills
Ideally, you’ll also have
• Basic understanding of HTML
• Experience with visual asset management
