QUALIFICATIONS : College degree required (Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred)With knowledge in using Microsoft OfficeAbility to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced corporate environmentPreferably with Sales support experienceWilling to work at Puerto Princesa, Palawan DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : Sales Management Provides weekly summary of sales report and performance of In-house Sales to the clusterSecures timely report to the cluster such as but not limited to Sales Data, Sales Performance, Incentive Performance, Tripping and ExpensesAssists in sales booking of In-house sales groupsFacilitates monthly manning schedules and reports of In-house sales groupsMonitors Sales Generated Funds of the sales teamMonitors commission and incentives of sellersClosely interact with different departments to help identify possible solutions to systems and process-related concerns Marketing Assists in Sales and Marketing activities when neededProvide proactive weekly feedback of In-house Sales Group of their marketing activitiesEnsures sales materials such as flyers, brochures, forms etc are always available when neededEnsures proper safekeeping of giveaway, tokens and other sales related items Sales Booking Assists in sales booking of brokers and ensure that all sales for the month are booked and closedCoordinates with Operations and Customer Service departments for booking processesAssists in the after sales of the In-house sellers clients
