Job description

Deliver consistent high-quality customer services by possessing customer focus attitude, with the ability to recommend an appropriate solution and creating value.

Collaborate and coordinate with internal stakeholders to develop and improve customer's experience
Increase customer base and revenue through awareness of local market trends and intelligence
Updating of bi-monthly or monthly rates for International and Forwarding transactions from various shipping lines
Assist the Sales Team in sending of proposals, updated rates and shipping schedules to customer
Other ad-hoc duties as required
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration major in Marketing or any related course
With at least 1-year related experience in Sales and Marketing (Logistics / Shipping / Forwarding)
Previous experience on related sales position is an advantage
Good organizational skills, ability to multitask, and tech savvy
Exceptional customer service skills

Schedule :

8 hour shift

Ability to commute / relocate :

San Pedro, Laguna : Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience

Sales : 1 year (required)
