Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive training programs, ensuring delivery of consistent and engaging content
• Lead simulation-based training sessions to reinforce learning objectives and promote skill development
• Provide ongoing support to trainees by responding to questions and facilitating understanding
• Uphold and enforce the company's code of conduct, fostering a respectful and productive training environment
• Assess trainee readiness and recommend deployment to the production floor based on performance and progress
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times to serve as a model for trainees
• Contribute to special projects and initiatives as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and collaboration
• Support the development and refinement of training materials and job aids as time allows

Job Requirements:

• Graduate of any business-related course (Associate or Bachelor's)
• Has 1 year of training or teaching experience in a classroom set-up
• Has experience in creating process documents or training tutorials
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Powerpoint, Outlook and Excel) and instructional software
• Has BPO experience for at least 6 months
• Exposed to multiple customer relation management (CRM) systems
• Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
• Certification from talent and training association is a plus
