Store Supervisor

About the role

As a Store Supervisor at Anyone Can Cook Inc., you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our retail stores located in Metro Manila. This full-time position will see you leading a team of passionate retail associates, driving sales, and providing an exceptional customer experience.

What you'll be doing

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the retail store, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and cash handling procedures

Provide coaching, training, and feedback to retail associates to develop their skills and enhance the customer experience

Identify and implement strategies to drive sales, meet targets, and maximize store profitability

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise

Collaborate with the regional management team to identify opportunities for store improvements and contribute to the overall strategic direction of the business

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory or management role, preferably in the food and beverage industry

Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities

Proficient in data analysis and inventory management to drive store performance

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with customers, team members, and regional management

Familiarity with retail operations, including cash handling, merchandising, and store presentation

Purple Oven was established back in 1999 in Vancouver St., Cubao. For 10 years, it stayed as a wholesale business, catering to different clients such as Starbucks. In 2009, we opened our first retail store and since then, we have now 9 Purple Oven Stores located in Quezon City, San Juan, Pasig, Makati, Muntinlupa, and Sta. Rosa, Laguna. Besides Purple Oven, we also have our sister-brands which are Goffa and Village Cook.
