Job Brief

We are hiring for an Enterprise Risk Head on behalf of a dynamic fintech company. This is not your traditional risk role it requires a leader who can think beyond compliance checklists and drive risk strategy in a fast-paced digital environment. The focus will be on operational and fraud risk, with working knowledge in financial risk areas such as market and liquidity risk.

As the company's dedicated Risk expert, the Enterprise Risk Head will establish and execute an enterprise-wide risk framework tailored to fintech operations. You will be a one-person team responsible for designing controls, mitigating emerging risks, and ensuring the company scales sustainably while balancing innovation, compliance, and customer trust.

Responsibilities

• Build and implement an enterprise-wide risk management framework from the ground up.
• Take the lead in identifying, monitoring, and mitigating fraud and operational risks.
• Provide oversight and reporting on market and liquidity risk exposures.
• Partner with product, compliance, and business teams to integrate risk considerations into processes and decisions.
• Keep leadership and the Board informed with clear, data-driven risk insights.
• Stay ahead of evolving regulatory requirements and industry trends relevant to fintech.
