We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Digital Manager to lead the development and performance of a fast-growing travel website. This role will drive digital initiatives, manage the end-to-end user experience, and help scale online bookings through performance marketing and web optimization.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Oversee and manage the company website content, layout, UX, performance.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
- Collaborate with developers / designers for website enhancements and A / B tests.
- Monitor and optimize site speed, mobile responsiveness, and booking flow.
- Use analytics tools to track digital performance and suggest improvements.
- Lead SEO and SEM strategies to grow organic and paid traffic.
- Support cross-functional teams (sales, customer service, operations) with digital solutions.
REQUIREMENTS :
At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing or website managementSolid knowledge of Google Analytics / GA4, SEO, and digital ad platformsFamiliarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, Shopify)Understanding of UX / UI best practices and user funnelsExperience in travel, e-commerce, or hospitality is a strong advantageProactive, analytical, and goal-oriented
