Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare, review, and process invoices, receipts, and payments.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial statements.
• Monitor and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable.
• Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Handle administrative duties related to financial documentation.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate financial data.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support audit processes and resolve any discrepancies as needed.
