This is a remote position.

Schedule :

• Total hours : 40 hours per week or 8 hours per day
• Monday - Friday
• 5 : 00 PM - 2 : 00 AM Irvine California time (or 9 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM Manila time)
• With 1 hour unpaid break in between

Job Overview :

You'll be the critical link between potential customers and booked appointments, working during evening hours when traditional automotive services are unavailable. This role puts you at the center of the customer acquisition process, where your quick response times directly impact the company's ability to convert leads into revenue. You'll master the company's quoting system and become an expert at researching competitive pricing, making you an essential part of a specialized service business that's making car repairs more convenient for customers.
