Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Psychology , Human Resource Management, or related field
- At least 1 year HR or administrative experience (preferably in healthcare or manpower services)
- Knowledge in recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Detail-oriented and organized in handling field and project-based manpower
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- With positive attitude
Job Responsibilities :
1. Prepare and plan for the candidate's personal (traits, skills, characteristics aligned with the position to be filled) and job description following the Manpower Request Form submitted by Unit.
2. Source candidates internally (Employee Referral Program) or externally (job boards, social media, etc.)
3. Screen job applications and select shortlists of candidates using the Job Interview Form.
4. Hire, negotiate, extend a Job Employment Offer and Employment Contract (details of duties, work schedule, start date, compensation, benefits, and other pertinent details).
5. Create an onboarding plan for new employees up to regularization to include.
Introductions to other team membersAn orientation that covers corporate mission, vision, values, Code of Conduct of the companyA training schedule to help new staff to get acclimated and ready to succeedEvaluation by the immediate supervisor on the 3rd and 5th month.Provide the contract and letter for regularization and endorse to the HR Recruitment Staff handling the particular Unit.
