MR DIY Philippines is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Analyst to join our team in Marikina City, Metro Manila. As a leading retail company, we are committed to providing our customers with quality products and exceptional service. Key Responsibilities :

Data Analysis and Reporting :

Gather, analyze and maintain HR metrics such as turnover rates, employee performance, and recruitment effectiveness.
Prepare regular HR reports (e.g., headcount, attrition, diversity, time-to-fill, attendance, etc.) for leadership and store operations teams.

Workforce Planning :

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and company standards

Collect and analyze employee data to identify trends and provide insights to management for decision-making such as employee engagement, retention, and recruitment strategies

HR Projects and Continuous Improvement

Participate in HR process improvement initiatives (e.g., workforce planning tools, dashboard development, KPI scorecards).

Provide ad hoc data analysis for special projects or executive decision-making.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and strategies

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably as an HR Analyst

Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data

Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in MS Excel (Pivot, VlookUp, and SQL)

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information with discretion

Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
