JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : SALES AND ADMIN
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through client visits, calls, and
referrals.
Promote a full range of laboratory testing, audit, and inspection services.Conduct technical presentations to prospective clients.Analyze client needs and propose appropriate testing solutions based on relevantstandards.
Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and contracts.Coordinate with laboratory and operations team to ensure timely and accurateproject execution.
Maintain long-term relationships and ensure high level of client satisfaction.Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIsREQUIRED QUALIFICATION & SKILLS
Experience / Technical Knowledge
With strong organizational and filing skillsAttentive to detail and accuracyProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Familiar with version control and document lifecycle managementWith good communication and interpersonal skillsAble to maintain confidentialityWith time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
