Job Description :
- As an Account Specialist for Career Support Associate / Customer Success, your primary goal is to drive successful job placements by strategically engaging with employers and job seekers. In this role, you will collaborate closely with employers to understand their hiring needs, provide tailored candidate recommendations, and optimize job postings for maximum visibility. You will also act as a trusted advisor to job seekers, guiding them through the application and interview process while ensuring a seamless experience within the portal.
Key responsibilities include :
Conducting outreach via phone, email, and SMS to coordinate interviews and hiring opportunities.Managing employer relationships to enhance job posting effectiveness and hiring success.Tracking and improving hiring metrics, including interview-to-offer and offer-to-hire ratios.Driving job placements while ensuring alignment with business KPIs, such as monthly revenue targets and lead conversions. Your ultimate goal is to maximize successful job placements while building strong, long-term partnerships with both employers and candidates.
Key Qualifications :
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a contact center (Voice or Voice + Non-voice) in B2B Sales or Saas environment and customer care operation with no less than 1 year of tenure in any employer in the past 2 years.Demonstrated experience in driving customer and client satisfactionExperience in independently managing tasks end-to-endSelf-starter with a start-up mindsetExcellent and Strong conversational English communication skillsDemonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks using multiple tools and systems Preferred QualificationsAt least 3 years of solid experience in B2B Sales, SaasCustomer Success Experience in handling SaaS systemsExperience in selling SaaS systems and customer managementAmenable to work Onsite (BGC, Taguig)Amenable to work on a night shift schedule (11AM 8AM)
