What you'll be doing
Answering incoming calls from customers and handling a variety of flight reservation-related inquiries and issues
Resolving customer complaints and escalating complex cases to the appropriate team
Updating customer records and maintaining accurate documentation of all interactions
Providing timely and effective follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction
Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure a consistent level of service
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer support
What we're looking for
SHS Grad + Atleast 6mos. BPO International Voice Experience
OR
College graduate No BPO experience required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and provide empathetic and effective problem-solving
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to think on your feet and make informed decisions
A team-oriented attitude and a willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams
