AU Sales Consultant (Onsite)

Background

  • One of our amazing clients in the education space is looking for a confident Sales Consultant who can help students take the next big step in their lives. This is a people-first role where your ability to connect, listen, and guide will make a real difference.

About the Role

  • You’ll be the first point of contact for new students — helping them explore their options, answering questions, and guiding them into courses that align with their goals. This isn’t about hard selling — it’s about building trust and supporting students on their learning journey.

    • Your Key Responsibilities :

  • Connect with students via inbound and outbound calls.
  • Manage leads in the CRM and keep information accurate.
  • Guide prospective students into courses suited to their aspirations.
  • Be a reliable and approachable first step in their enrolment experience.

    • Requirements

    About YOU

  • 5+ years of sales experience (phone sales a big plus!).
  • Passion for education and helping others achieve their goals.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the drive to succeed.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Motivated by targets and financial success.
  • Experience working in education sales is highly regarded.

  • Guide students through course options.
  • Help them enroll in the right program.
  • Contribute to their success from the very first call.

    • How YOU Will Be Measured

  • Student enrolment numbers.
  • Accuracy in CRM and reporting.
  • Quality of conversations and student feedback.
  • Meeting individual and team sales targets.

    • When & Where YOU Will Work

  • Monday to Friday ; Day-shift (AEST).
  • Onsite at the PH Office (Eastwood City, QC) with company-provided equipment.
