Chief Financial Officer

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute long-term financial strategies aligned with company goals.
• Advise the CEO and Board on financial planning, risk, and investment decisions.
• Support M&A activities, capital structure, and funding strategies.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and management reports.
• Maintain compliance with accounting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS) and local regulations.
• Lead the annual budgeting process, financial forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Monitor KPIs, cash flow, working capital, and financial risks.
• Present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to executives and stakeholders.
• Manage banking relationships, credit facilities, and treasury operations.
• Implement financial risk management policies and insurance programs.
• Safeguard assets through cost-effective and compliant financial systems.
• Build and lead the finance, accounting, and procurement teams.
• Promote a high-performance culture and ensure talent development.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Sales, Operations, HR) for financial alignment.
