Sales Engineer - 3 yrs Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

3 years experience in a technical sales or engineering role

Ready Mix Concrete and Asphalt Products.

Prepare and give technical presentations to explain to customers how the products and services work.

Work with the customers and Engineers to and the plants to ensure the products and services meets customer requirements.

Communicate with the sales team to understand consumer demands and offer sales support where necessary.

Secure orders, and assure total customer satisfaction.

Establish customer rapport and acceptance.

• Help clients and work with the plant, the logistics teams and the Q.A Team.

Responsibilities :

Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements

Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations

Develop and present customized solutions to clients

Respond to technical questions and provide detailed product information

Support the sales process with technical expertise

Assist in the preparation of proposals and technical documentation

Work with engineering teams to relay customer feedback

Stay informed about industry trends and competitor products

Participate in trade shows and industry events

Train and support customers on product usage
