This is a work-from-home job, so a stable internet connection, a laptop / computer, and a noise-cancelling headset is needed.

OutPeak Services Inc is looking for a dynamic, prompt, and attentive customer service representative to join our close-knit team. The potential candidate would be required to answer customer inquiries and questions about their orders to ensure customer satisfaction via email, phone, and chat, and process their orders. The majority of customer interactions will most likely be via email and chat, but you will also be expected to answer phone calls if customers ever call.
