About the role

We are seeking a talented Customer Service professional to join our team at Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions' in Davao City, Davao del Sur. This is a full-time position, where you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in the vacation and rental industry through a blended voice and non-voice approach.

What you'll be doing

Handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

Assisting customers with bookings, modifications, and cancellations for vacation rentals

Providing accurate information about our products and services

Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records

Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and suggesting process improvements

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery

What we're looking for

College Graduate+ 3mos BPO Experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the vacation rental or hospitality industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathise and build rapport with customers

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on providing solutions

Proficiency in using various software and technology tools to support customer interactions

A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to continuous improvement

Fluency in English, both written and verbal
