JOB SUMMARY :
The Risk and Compliance Lead is a critical role responsible for safeguarding the organization by managing contractual agreement and ensuring adherence to all relevant policies and regulations in a fast-paced IT environment.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Review, draft, and assess several types of contractual agreements in a fast-paced IT / corporate environment.
- Risk Management and Escalation - Identify, assess, and analyze potential risks to the organization.
- Develop mitigation strategies and manage the risk associated with contractual obligations.
- Monitoring and Reporting - Track key risk associated with contractual obligations
- Stakeholder Coordination with business units, IT, legal, and finance to provide guidance on risk and compliance matters and ensure alignment on contractual obligations.
- Continuous Improvement - Proactively identify opportunities to enhance Contract management frameworks
- Contracts and Project Scope of Work Management review
- Support the Governance team in implementation and maintenance of the corporate governance framework.
- Drive the enforcement and communication of internal policies and procedures across the organization.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
Law Degree holderAt least 3-5 years of contract review and management experienceProven experience in governance, risk management, compliance, or related areas.Familiarity with regulatory compliance, data protection laws, and information governance principles.Excellent data analysis and reporting skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively work with stakeholders and team members.Ability to build relationships across various functions and manage expectations effectively.Strong attention to detail in reviewing contracts, scope of works, policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.#J-18808-Ljbffr
