Risk & Compliance Lead

JOB SUMMARY :

The Risk and Compliance Lead is a critical role responsible for safeguarding the organization by managing contractual agreement and ensuring adherence to all relevant policies and regulations in a fast-paced IT environment.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Review, draft, and assess several types of contractual agreements in a fast-paced IT / corporate environment.
• Risk Management and Escalation - Identify, assess, and analyze potential risks to the organization.
• Develop mitigation strategies and manage the risk associated with contractual obligations.
• Monitoring and Reporting - Track key risk associated with contractual obligations
• Stakeholder Coordination with business units, IT, legal, and finance to provide guidance on risk and compliance matters and ensure alignment on contractual obligations.
• Continuous Improvement - Proactively identify opportunities to enhance Contract management frameworks
• Contracts and Project Scope of Work Management review
• Support the Governance team in implementation and maintenance of the corporate governance framework.
• Drive the enforcement and communication of internal policies and procedures across the organization.
