Responsibilities :
Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely and quality hires.
Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and define job requirements.
Oversee sourcing strategies, including job postings, direct sourcing, referrals, and recruitment campaigns.
Manage a team of recruiters, coordinators, and sourcing specialists, providing training and mentorship.
Required Skills :
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Must have 6-8 years of experience in recruitment, preferably from a proven experience in full-cycle recruitment within a RPO environment.
Must have at least 2 year leadership experience; lead for a team of 10 recruiters from previous experience will be a great advantage.
Must have expertise in sourcing strategies across various channels, including online job boards and social media
Additional Notes :
This position will be working with Indian multinational technology company specializing in information technology services and consulting.
Working Set-up : Onsite
Mondays to Fridays.
