Qualifications :
- College Graduate
- Well versed in a Healthcare account (US benefits)
- Has relevant experience in process improvement and QA for 3 years
- Total experience should not be less than 7 years
- Preferred : Six Sigma methodologies / Certifications
- Knowledge : Root-cause-analysis, Lean methodologies, Corrective and Preventive actions, quality concepts
Responsibilities :
Process Analysis & Improvement : Conducting current-state process mapping, identifying inefficiencies and bottlenecks, and developing solutions to streamline operations.Project Leadership : Leading process improvement initiatives, managing projects, and ensuring successful implementation of process changes.Methodology Application : Utilizing tools and techniques such as Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping to drive improvements.Performance Monitoring : Developing metrics and reporting to track process performance and measure the impact of implemented changes.
