- Policy and Protocol Development : Develop and implement clinical protocols and policies to standardize procedures and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Continuing Education : Stay up-to-date with advancements in dentistry by attending workshops, seminars, and conferences, and ensure the team is informed of the latest best practices and technologies.
Administrative Duties
Practice Management : Oversee the daily operations of the dental practice, including patient flow, and resource allocation.Compliance and Safety : Maintaining a safe and secure environment for patients and staff.Patient Records Management : Supervise the accurate and confidential management of patient records, including treatment notes, diagnostic results, and billing information.Patient Relations
