Responsibilities :
- Investigating Disputes : Analyzing customer chargeback claims, reviewing transaction details, and gathering evidence to determine the validity of the dispute.
- Chargeback Processing : Initiating and managing the chargeback process, including submitting necessary documentation to the card issuer or payment network.
- Compliance : Ensuring adherence to established policies, procedures, and timeframes set by the company and payment networks.
- Communication : Interacting with customers, card issuers, and internal teams to resolve disputes and provide updates on case status.
- Fraud Prevention : Identifying potential fraudulent activity and taking appropriate action to mitigate risks and losses.
- Reporting : Generating reports on chargeback trends, case status, and performance metrics.
