Rebar Design Engineer (BIM)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to lead the design, fabrication, and delivery of offsite prefabricated rebar solutions for construction projects. The ideal candidate will be experienced in applying Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness across all phases of rebar production and site integration.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and develop offsite rebar solutions tailored to project requirements.
• Oversee the fabrication of steel reinforcement bars in a controlled, offsite environment.
• Utilize BIM to create detailed 3D models and ensure precision and coordination across disciplines.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and site supervisors to streamline installation processes.
• Implement process improvements to optimize speed, safety, and quality in rebar delivery and placement.
• Support the integration of patented modular systems to accelerate construction timelines.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and client specifications.
