We are hiring an Admin Officer to oversee and manage day-to-day administrative operations for our office based in Manila . The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and capable of supporting various departments through efficient coordination of office services, supplies, documentation, and general administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities :
- Ensure smooth daily office operations including supplies, facilities, and equipment maintenance.
- Prepare and manage office documents, reports, and records.
- Handle logistics for meetings, travel, and other administrative needs.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and building management.
- Support HR, finance, and other departments on administrative requirements.
- Maintain organized filing systems and ensure proper documentation.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.At least 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or office management role.Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office systems.Ability to multitask and work independently.
