Skills and Qualifications :

Attention to Detail : Ability to maintain accuracy in data entry, record keeping, and processing of transactions.

Numeracy Skills : Proficiency with numbers and understanding of financial or investment concepts.

Computer Proficiency : Experience with spreadsheets, financial software, and databases; knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).

Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication for interacting with clients and colleagues.

Organizational Skills : Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and handle multiple responsibilities.

Integrity and Confidentiality : High ethical standards, particularly when dealing with sensitive financial information.

Qualification :

Degree in finance, accounting, or business may be preferred.

Experience : 2 years experience in a financial, clerical, or administrative role is often preferred but not always necessary. Training may be provided.
