We are looking for a Social Media Community Manager to build, nurture, and engage our online community across all digital platforms.
This role combines creativity, communication, and data-driven strategy to strengthen brand presence, foster meaningful conversations, and cultivate loyal followers.
Responsibilities :
Develop and implement community engagement strategies to foster a positive and interactive community across all social media platforms.
Create and monitor content across various social media platforms, ensuring it aligns with the brand's voice and objectives.
Engage with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews.
Oversee and manage community challenges, competitions, and campaigns.
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure brand consistency and timely response to concerns.
Liaise with influencers and other relevant entities to promote brand awareness and community growth.
Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed.
Report on online reviews and feedback from customers and fans.
Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends and emerging platforms to ensure maximum community reach and engagement
Requirements
Proven work experience in community management or a similar role.
Experience with creating and curating content for social media.
Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office, Windows, and Google tools.
Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels.
Attention to detail, critical-thinker, and problem-solving skills
Highly Regarded Skills and Experience
Previous experience or interest in the specific industry.
Email campaign, copywriting, and list management experience.
Experience in Adobe Photoshop, Canva or similar software.
