Founded in 2003, Glass Lewis is headquartered in San Francisco, California with additional offices in Kansas City, Missouri; London, U.K.; Paris, France; Limerick, Ireland; Karlsruhe, Germany; Sydney, Australia; and Tokyo, Japan.On top of your salary, here are the exciting benefits you can look forward to : Health Insurance / HMOEnjoy unlimited MadMax CoffeeDiverse learning & growth opportunitiesAccessible Cloud HR platform (Sprout)Above standard leavesHybrid setup - onsite 3x a weekThe main responsibilities of a SENIOR RESEARCH ANALYST include : Write and edit research reports by reviewing publicly available information as disclosed by public companies, verifying data and issuing recommendations based on Glass Lewis policies.Analyze and make voting recommendations for governance and / or compensation related proposals in Europe, Latin America and Canada.Demonstrate firm competency in Glass Lewis governance policy; deviate from Glass Lewis policy and provide cogent explanations when necessaryCoordinate with research teams and human resources to hire and train research associates.Help to manage seasonal research associates, providing supervision and assistance in the writing and editing of research reports.Helps to improve training program for research associatesContributes to policy and guidelines update processes, and contributes to annual content projects on an as-needed basisHelps identify and implement possible changes to research tools on an ongoing basis.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesMentor research associates,providing feedback and assistance in writing and editing of research reports. Perform other duties as assigned. To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements : BA / BS degree requiredAt least one year (two or more preferred) of experience in an active corporate governance research role.Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and Sharepoint.
