Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Accountancy or any related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving and analytical abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Familiarity with software systems, particularly those used in the automotive or dealership industries is a plus. Amenable to work onsite in Makati City
Responsible to provide support and assistance to clients who use the company's software and services.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues related to company products.
- Provide guidance on the use of software and troubleshoot technical problems.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Act as the main point of contact for customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
- Analyze client feedback and challenges to identify solutions.
- Stay updated on the company products and services to provide accurate advice.
- Recommend product updates or features that suit client needs.
