Role Purpose :
Oversee Cash Management solutions by defining and implementing a product roadmap aligned with market trends, client needs, and business objectives. Monitor the performance of the banks cash management products and take ownership of overall deposit growth and fee income.
Build partnerships with third-party vendors to expand the banks cash management offerings and business scope.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Drive the growth of the banks deposit and fee income through cash management products and services
Manage the complete product lifecycle : design, launch, monitoring, and ongoing enhancements
Provide direction on product features / requirements, sales and marketing plans, and pricing to Relationship Managers and Sales Managers
Ensure pricing models remain competitive and sustainable
Act as subject-matter expert during client pitches and implementations; collect client feedback to support product innovation
Collaborate with Transaction Banking on product rollouts, due diligence, and business strategies
Work with relevant teams to conduct Risk Due Diligence (RDD) and post-launch reviews for both new and existing products
Ensure all products adhere to regulatory, legal, and risk management requirements
Coordinate with Operations and IT teams to optimize product delivery
Monitor operational efficiency and service quality levels
Conduct market research, analysis, and competitor benchmarking
Provide internal and external training sessions and regular product updates
Track product performance against revenue, cost, and profitability goals
Meet the KPIs and strategic objectives defined by the department and the bank
