Service Crew

Description :

Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.

Prepare and serve food or drinks according to company standards.

Ensure that all products are prepared, stored, and served safely following food safety regulations.

Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the store, including the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms.

Resolve customer concerns and complaints promptly and courteously.

Follow all company policies, procedures, and health and safety guidelines.

Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve store goals.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in the food service or retail industry is an advantage.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong customer service orientation.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
