Key Responsibilities
Customer Service : Greet and welcome customers, answer questions about products or services, make recommendations, and ensure a positive and friendly experience.
Order Management : Present menus, take customer orders accurately, and process them through a point-of-sale (POS) system.
Food & Beverage Preparation : Prepare and serve food and drinks, ensuring items are correct and presented well.
Payment Processing : Handle customer payments, collect cash or process credit card transactions, and provide correct change.
Table & Station Maintenance : Prepare tables for guests, keep dining areas clean, and clear tables after customers have left.
Cleanliness : Maintain hygiene standards, clean equipment, mop floors, and keep the store or restaurant tidy and organized.
Inventory & Stocking : Keep service areas stocked with supplies like drinks and desserts, and assist with inventory management.
Opening & Closing Duties : Assist with setting up the establishment for the day and performing closing duties, such as cleaning and tidying up.
