Job Summary

The Change Management Lead serves as a key driver of organizational transformation by ensuring that change initiatives are effectively adopted and sustained across the enterprise. This role focuses on the people's side of change-including changes to culture, business processes, systems, job roles, and organizational structure. The Change Management Lead partners with project and business units to design and implement change strategies that support successful project delivery, increase employee adoption, and reduce resistance, while upholding the values of the organization.

Responsibilities and Duties

Apply structured change management methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) to drive adoption of initiatives.

Design, develop, and deliver impactful communication plans.

Conduct change impact assessments and readiness analyses.

Identify risks related to change and develop mitigation strategies.

Oversee the change management portfolio across multiple programs and initiatives.

Integrate change management activities into the overall project plans and timelines.

Contribute to training design, delivery, and deployment strategies.
