Change Management Manager

Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement communication and change management strategies for a growing Global Capability Center.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives such as onboarding programs, internal events, and cultural activities.
- Serve as the key point of contact for leadership visits and build strong relationships with industry associations.
- Collaborate with HR and functional teams to improve onboarding experiences and employee engagement programs.
- Act as a knowledge-sharing resource to support broader organizational development.
Qualifications :
At least 8 years of experience in internal communications, change management, or related functions.Minimum 1 year experience in a Global Business Services (GBS) or Shared Services setup.Experience in event management or employee engagement initiatives is a plus.Strong stakeholder management and project coordination skills.Bachelors degree required; Masters degree preferred.Why Apply?
