Direct Sales Account Officer - Lending / Finance (47592) - Makati

Required Experience :

College Graduate

Experience in Financing / Lending under Business Loan

With at least 3 years of experience in Direct sales.

Excellent in interpersonal and communication skills

With strong understanding of business loan processes

Result oriented and people person

Ability to adapt with constant changes in clients need

Able to work onsite

Responsibilities

Conduct first contact with a prospect, connect with the decision maker of the business and progress to the application process

Discover customer’s goals, pressures, and challenges

Provide solution options to the prospect with regards to their financing situation.

Urge prospects to apply for financing and maintain communication until their first loan release

Generate leads by attending events, conducting market research, joining different social media groups, maximizing company databases, and establishing partnerships among others.

Manage incoming inquiries from the company's social media platforms and website which will generate interest for a potential sale

Onboard new customers from inbound and outbound sales channels

Handle onboarding of Supplier Partners and other future partnerships

Develop tools to help Supplier Partners and other future partnerships explain our product to their customers

Identify inefficiencies in the process and documentation including but not limited to call flow, loan processes, customer feedback, and feedback from team members
