Overview :
We’re looking for Customer Service Representatives (Insurance Account) who are passionate about helping clients and delivering excellent service.
You’ll handle customer inquiries, process account information, and promote the company’s insurance services with professionalism and care.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle customer calls and inquiries confidently while maintaining professionalism.
- Build rapport and maintain excellent customer relationships through calls or written communication.
- Identify customer needs, present product or service features, and offer suitable solutions.
- Process sales orders, prepare reports, and manage account details using web-based tools or proprietary systems.
- Communicate brand and company policies effectively in every customer interaction.
Qualifications :
At least 1 year of BPO experience.College Graduate with 1 year BPO experience or College Undergraduate with 2 years BPO experience.Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal).Must be willing to work onsite and amenable to shifting schedules.Benefits Offered :
