About the role
As the Dealer Customer Relationship Center Officer, you will be responsible in interacting with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and request. This full-time role is crucial in maintaining strong relationships with our dealers and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
Key Responsibilities :
- Serving as the primary point of contact for dealers, fielding inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Handling dealer complaints and feedback, and escalating critical issues as needed
- Maintaining accurate records of all dealer interactions
Qualifications :
