About the Role

We are looking for a   detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Administrator & Marketplace Specialist   to join our growing team. The successful candidate will manage and enhance our product listings across various online marketplaces, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and optimization to drive sales performance. This role will also involve monitoring account health, handling escalated customer issues, and assisting in day-to-day marketing and administrative tasks to support overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon, eBay, B&Q, Mano Mano, and other marketplaces (including EU-based platforms such as Castorama and Bol).
• Review and update existing listings to ensure high-quality images, accurate product details, and SEO-friendly descriptions.
• Monitor pricing, stock levels, and promotions to maintain competitiveness and compliance across all platforms.
• Oversee account health metrics and address issues promptly to maintain excellent seller performance ratings.
• Resolve escalated customer queries and issues not handled by customer service staff in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist with marketing initiatives including promotional campaigns, product launches, and digital marketing support.
• Perform administrative tasks related to order management, product uploads, and performance reporting.
• Collaborate with management to identify opportunities for process improvements and sales growth.

Please note that since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.

Requirements

Requirements : Proven experience managing Amazon listings (Seller Central experience required). Experience with other marketplaces such as eBay, B&Q, Mano Mano, Castorama, and Bol is highly desirable. Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, listing optimization, and online merchandising. Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Good written and verbal communication skills. Customer-focused approach with the ability to resolve issues effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and general administrative tools. Familiarity with basic digital marketing or SEO principles is a plus. Creative individual to generate product marketing material & imagery for marketplace, website and socials. Knowledge of Adobe or similar programs desired
