Required Experience :
Graduate of any four-year course
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Possesses good customer service, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
Knowledgeable of customer’s portal or E-Commerce platforms (Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, etc.)
Responsibilities :
- Leads in the development of a holistic and data-driven approach for both immediate and long-term Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategy, effectively driving awareness, engagement, purchasing behavior and customer retention;
- Develop strategic plan that are data driven for online marketing programs, promotions and brand awareness for own platform, online marketplaces and other retailers;
- Analyzes key business metrics / data including classification and key item sales, online marketing programs such as search, content and performance, and online consumer preferences to maximize sales;
- Build and manage strong relationships with various online market places;
Collaborates with cross-functional teams within the company to ensure the smooth operations of the company’s internal and external online platforms; and
Effective sales and profit management according to business objectives.
