We are hiring a Relationship Manager to lead client engagement, drive account growth, and ensure smooth coordination between clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate will have a consultative approach, strong communication skills, and a solid background in marketing or creative services. You’ll manage key accounts, identify upselling opportunities, and help deliver successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain strong, strategic client relationships
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams
- Develop account plans, monitor performance, and present insights
- Proactively manage issues and ensure high client satisfaction
- Identify and pitch upsell / cross-sell opportunities aligned with client needs
- Collaborate on project timelines using tools like ClickUp and Instagantt
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and feedback sessions
- Stay updated on industry trends and marketing best practices
Requirements
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related fieldAt least 3–5 years of experience in relationship or account management, preferably in advertising, marketing, or creative industriesStrong understanding of marketing services and industry trendsProven ability to build strong client relationships and manage multiple accountsSkilled in upselling, cross-selling, and consultative selling techniquesExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsProficient in project management and collaboration toolsAnalytical and problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering value
