Building Maintenance Technician

Building Maintenance worker performs routine, preventive maintenance, extensive range of work in the repair and general maintenance of facilities, building and equipment, ensuring technical operations are in proper running order. Performs a variety of ground and troubleshooting tasks. Executes work with established procedures and process under both written and verbal instructions.

Minimum Qualifications :

• Candidate must possess at least High School graduate / Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate in Building Maintenance, Electrical, Mechatronic / Electro-Mechanical or equivalent.
• At least 6 months working experience specialized in Maintenance / Repair (Facilities & Machinery) in Mid-Rise to High Rise Building, Commercial / Residential or at least three (3) months of Apprenticeship in Building Maintenance program or equivalent.
• Multi-skilled Technician
• Amenable to work onsite and shifting schedule
• Must be physically fit and hardworking
• Willing to be assigned in properties located in Mandaluyong, Makati, Taguig and Quezon City
