Required Experience :
With 2–3 years of experience in customer service within the logistics or supply chain industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or any related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities :
Handle customer inquiries and provide timely, accurate information regarding shipments and deliveries.
Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and transport teams to ensure smooth order processing and on-time delivery.
Monitor shipment status and proactively update customers regarding delays or issues.
Prepare and manage shipping documents, invoices, and reports.
Maintain strong relationships with clients by delivering professional and efficient service.
Assist in resolving delivery or billing issues in coordination with other departments.
Ensure compliance with company policies and logistics procedures.
